All products at Kozmozcyber are custom-made on demand and handcrafted once an order is placed. Because each item is individually produced by hand, minor and unintended variations may occasionally occur.
We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to follow the steps below so that our team can support you quickly and accurately.
🎨 Which Differences Are Considered Acceptable for Replacement?
We accept replacements or refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

Color deviation greater than 20% compared to the official product images shown on our website.

Noticeable design or logo errors on the external surface of the product (this does not include inner parts such as hood lining or interior fabric).

Measurement differences that exceed the published values in our Size Guide.
🧾 What Should I Do If I Notice a Difference?
To help us verify your case efficiently, please follow these steps carefully:

Compare your product with the photos and description on our website.

Take clear photos of the product under natural light to show the true color and design.

For sizing issues, please lay the product flat and include a measuring tape showing the actual measurements.

3. Send your photos and order details to support@kozmozstudio.com including your order number and a short explanation of the issue.
🔄 Our Review and Resolution Process

Case review (24–48 hours):
After receiving your email, our team will review the information, verify the issue, and confirm whether it meets the replacement criteria.
Please allow 24–48 hours for this process. If you don’t receive a reply after this period, kindly follow up via email. -
Decision and resolution:
Once we confirm that the issue was caused by a manufacturing error, we will proceed with either a refund or resend of the correct product at no extra cost to you.

We take full responsibility for every product we sell. If a manufacturing error occurs, we will make it right — quickly, fairly, and transparently.
However, please note:

Always read the product description carefully before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible if the product is made exactly as described (including material, color tone, or texture).
