Cadillac will unveil the livery of its first F1 car during a SuperBowl
A date has officially been confirmed for the Cadillac F1 Team’s first-ever livery unveiling.
Cadillac will reveal the paint scheme of their debut Formula 1 car during a special television commercial aired at February’s Super Bowl.
Backed by General Motors and headed by former Marussia Sporting Director Graeme Lowdon, the American team is gearing up to join the grid as F1’s 11th entry next season.
Recently, the team announced two multi–Grand Prix winners, Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez, as their driver lineup, with IndyCar talent Colton Herta stepping in as their test driver.
On Wednesday, just days before the 2025 season finale in Abu Dhabi, Cadillac shared a major milestone in their F1 project across social media.
According to their latest graphic and accompanying press release, Cadillac plans to debut their 2026 livery on February 8 during Super Bowl coverage – the NFL’s iconic annual championship event.

The livery launch will come shortly after a private shakedown at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from January 26–30, where teams will test their 2026 machines – designed under brand-new regulations – for the first time.
A second pre-season test is scheduled at the Bahrain International Circuit from February 11–13, followed by another session at the same venue from February 18–20.
From there, Cadillac will prepare for their first-ever Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend, taking place in Australia from March 6–8.
