How the Design Process Works
Once you approve, the design is locked in — production starts right away and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Revision Policy
- 2 revision rounds included free of charge
- One combined list of changes = one revision round
- Extra revision rounds: $2.50 each
- Major concept changes may require an added design fee
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Cancel before approval/production: refunded, minus a $15 design service fee
- No refunds for wrong sizes, names or numbers that you submitted and approved
- Received a defective item or one that doesn't match your approved preview? Send us clear photos — we'll review and make it right, including a corrected replacement if needed
Logos, Artwork & Intellectual Property
This service doesn't include rights to use third-party team logos, sponsor marks or other protected artwork. By uploading a logo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it — we may adjust or replace protected elements with an original racing-style alternative. Reference photos help us match your preferred colors and style, but an exact copy isn't guaranteed.
Custom orders can't be exchanged for the wrong size — please check the guide before ordering.
