Which way should I choose?
Add your name when you like a ready-made design and only want the name field shown on its product page. Design your own when you have an idea, a reference image or a fuller brief.
Do I pay before seeing a mockup?
Yes, for designs made with our team. Complete payment first and we email a mockup for your approval before production. Ask the team before ordering if you are unsure.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds are included after the first sample. Contact the team if you need help reviewing your design.
What does Limited Edition mean on the polo?
On the Custom Racing Polo, Limited Edition is $50.95 all-in: we make your design only for you and do not sell it in our store, and every brief field is included. If you allow sharing, the polo is $35.95 plus $1.50 for each brief field you fill in, and we may offer your design idea in our store.
Can I keep a design exactly as shown?
On the Team Edition Quarter Zip, choose No Custom to keep the default design. Other products have their own options.
What should I prepare?
For a name, check the spelling before ordering. For your own design, gather your text, colours and reference files, then follow the instructions on the product page.
Can I order for a team or club?
Ask the team about the products and details you need before ordering. Product prices and options apply.
Where do I find sizing and delivery information?
Check the selected product page and store policies before checkout. Apparel and drinkware typically take 4–5 calendar days to produce; footwear and custom-design production typically takes 10–12 business days. Carrier transit is separate. Free cancellation or change requests must reach support@kozmozcyber.com within 4 hours of successful order placement; a support reply within that window is not required. Verified manufacturing defects or wrong items qualify for your choice of remake or refund with no return, including sale, custom and coupon orders.
